We would highly recommend this property, it is absolutely impeccable!

I can only echo the the superb reviews already submitted About how well run this guest house is. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will certainly be recommending to others . Thank you to all who helped with a very pleasurable stay.

This b & b is just the best. Nothing to fault about it. The breakfast is two course and is excellent. Fresh milk for tea and coffee and lovely home made cake in the rooms. The rooms are spotless and have products which you can use which are lovely as well as dressing gowns and slippers. The beds are really comfortable and the hosts are excellent. Will definitely return. This time we stayed in Magnolia but love sandalwood as it’s a little bigger.

Beautiful spot. Huge room with everything we needed. Great attention to detail, easy parking, excellent breakfast, lovely friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer. Even welcomed with a slice of cake! Would recommend highly, and hope to be back!

Meadow View is lovely, the room was large, clean & very well kept. It had a lovely powerful & hot shower, & a separate toilet & sink. There were tea & biscuits in the room & a very tasty piece of cake. The room was very well equipped, with iron, ironing board & hair dryer, kept in a large cloakroom within the room. (I was in ‘Sandlewood’). The breakfast was very good quality, fruit salad & a cooked breakfast of my choice. Very tasty. Breakfast is in a large kitchen-diner, so you see your breakfast being prepared. I always ask myself when reviewing; if I were in this area again would I try & book here first, or look elsewhere first? If in or near Wighton again I would certainly try & book the Meadow View guest house before looking elsewhere.

First time visitors, where we enjoyed a really nice experience from the comfortable facilities, to the lovely Mocca Suite room with some lovely little finishing touches to make you feel very welcome. The Breakfast and The hosts were lovely. We had a great mini break and will definitely be heading back.

Our third visit, very welcoming and friendly staff. We first stayed in Magnolia a nice but compact room with a view of the road only. 2nd visit we stayed in Sandalwood suit with views of the garden and the road very spacious and comfortable. 3rd visit we stayed in the Mocha suit, with views of carpark (not as unsightly as it sounds) main garden and small window overlooking the meadow, has bonus of bath with shower. All rooms very comfortable and well appointed with smart TV’s tea/coffee making facilities. Nice slices of homemade cakes on arrival. Hot tub is a real plus in our opinion, breakfast always excellent (quality and service). Would highly recommend and will be staying again. All staff are very knowledgeable about local activities, amenities and attractions, just ask.

We have stayed in many B and B's. Without doubt Meadow View is the tops A lovely house, beautifully maintained in a peaceful village setting in North Norfolk The hosts have been so thoughtful in the way the accommodation is presented, superb bedrooms and breakfasts which are always delicious Sam Carol and Pauline you are such brillisnt hosts. Highly recommended

Third visit to the guest house. Never let's us down, brilliant location, great rooms,wonderful breakfast, lovely garden & hot tub. Sam and her staff are superb, knowing the area well. Very handy having a pub next door which is useful if you have had a long drive. Already booked for next year. Can highly recommend.
