The building is under construction so a lot of facilities cannot be used. Rooms are quite clean, and location is good.

Stayed here for a conference from Friday to Saturday and overall went well. Great location, couple of eateries nearby and amazing facility - perfect for conference and the food was good. Renovated, great staff great, great peopleand a great sales team. Thank you.

By far the worst Holiday Inn I've stayed in, and we regularly enjoy our overnight and holiday stays at Holiday Inns (and Expresses). The front desk staff were extremely rude and never once greeted us when we entered the building (over our 7 night stay). There were silly rules like my son's pillow was on one of the beds so they didn't make up the entire room. The rate is misleading and doesn't include breakfast though the site does not say that anywhere that I could find. The pool is very odd - 3/4 of it is unusable because it is 11 feet deep so for the size of the hotel, most of us were crowded into a small area of the pool (which is also freezing cold). Breakfast staff was inconsistent and at one point we were asked to tip by being provided a cheque though we had our breakfast vouchers (asked to provide room number and fill out the tip section). Room cleaning was poor - had to ask for towels twice during our stay and room was never vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned, bedding was never changed and just thrown together to 'make the bed'.

I had a room at the end of the hallway, but the closest to the highway, I barely slept because of the noise; also it was cold during the night like the windows were not closed but they were... not sure I am coming back here...
