Tru by Hilton Burlington

Everyone was so nice from the front desk ladies to house keeping .I’ve stayed at this hotel two times now and I will continue to book here whenever I’m in Burlington nc .every thing was so clean thank you so much for the great hospitality happy holidays to all

Nice hotel and clean. Friendly service. Breakfast was okay. Some of the food look as if it wasn’t fully cooked.

Was looking for a room for the night it was after midnight , booked a room with tru got to the hotel was informed couldn’t check in until 3, asked if they had any availability for immediate stay they said no, I asked if they could cancel my reservation since I needed it immediately they told me I had to call the 3rd part to cancel: 3rd party called hotel for refund and was told a manager had to approve it but would still keep the money for the room !! Called and tried to speak with Gm : she called back and left vm Stating I had to get refund from 3rd party but because I no showed for the room they couldn’t refund my money ! Mind you this was Sunday morning and no manager available until Monday morning at 10 , ( she only stayed at work until 1) making it impossible to contact her before check in on Sunday ( I didn’t check in because I needed my money back and no longer needed to stay at the room due to it being the next day ! I kept telling Alicia the front desk that Monday works be too late to talk with manager is not available until Monday -10-1pm. They are refusing to give me my money and they keep changing the reasons!! I did contact headquarters with a complaint and intend on contacting who ever would listen . It’s not about the money but the common courtesy for patrons there make their jobs a necessity

Clean nice beds and shower friendly and delicious buffet

Friendly staff but understaffed. Pancake maker was shaky.

Modern fun vibe. Bright colors, lots of libby seating. Our staff Jay was super attentive and took care of a room problem for us quickly and efficiently and check back with us to follow up.
