This is a completely level of Hampton Inn than I expected. Nice staff, super clean room, great bed and the ease of walking next door for dinner which also provided a discount for hotel guests. The design of the room and bathroom made for easy maneuvering . The outside area by the river is charming. I have no idea what Burley has to offer or if people come there to visit. We were merely passing through and stopped after a long days drive from Seattle. We will plan on staying here in the future and maybe even learn about Burley : ) !! Great place to stay and well-run.

Snarky Front DeskManager, Frustrating Stay
After a long day of travel, I expected better from the Hampton Inn Burley. Instead, I struggled just to access the “free” Wi-Fi — only to be redirected to a Hilton Honors signup page. After 10 minutes of confusion, a front desk employee finally got my phone online.
When I asked about connecting a second device, the front desk manager, Alejandro, told me to bring the device down — no offer to assist a clearly exhausted guest. When I said I'd just leave a review, he sarcastically shot back, "Yeah, you do that!"
Hospitality should not include attitude from management. Even budget motels handle basic services better. The young woman tried her best, but Alejandro’s unprofessionalism left a lasting bad impression. I won’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I liked everything about this Hampton Inn and its very friendly staff. However I had a noisy room because it was right above the entrance doors that rumbled when they opened and closed all night long, sounded like thunder. I’m pretty sure the doors need maintenance.
