Fairfield Inn & Suites Burley

Very nice facility

This place is excellent. The lady at check-in was extremely friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the location convenient. Despite the older decor, it had modern amenities like streaming services (like all other Marriott hotels).

From the moment we got there to departure time the staff was spot on. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast had something for everyone, even gluten free.

What a pleasure to begin a hotel visit with a warm greeting at the front desk — and that’s just what we got from lovely Tanya, who got us into our room right when we arrived. The hotel is just spotless and housekeepers abound should you need anything extra once you’re in. The fitness room is snug, but has it all: machines, free weights/bench, a scale, water and loads of towels. The indoor pool/jacuzzi is adjacent and was a big hit with everyone, especially the kids. Breakfast left you wanting for nothing: hot scrambled/pouch eggs, bacon, biscuits, thick and delicious oatmeal, an array of breads/bagels/breakfast cake slices, yogurts, individual 2% milk cartons and self-serve coffee. We had the King Studio with windows that opened, a bath tub, mini-refrigerator and microwave. It was a wonderful overnighter and again, thank you Tanya for being Tanya!

We hadn't stayed at a Fairfield Inn and Suites for some time and were impressed. The room we had wasn't large but was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nicely presented and included fresh fruit. The price was very affordable for these days. Close to the I-84 but not noisy.

What a glorious hotel with friendly, welcoming employees, beautiful surroundings, plenty of parking for all types of vehicles. GM David Nebeker and Front Desk associate, Nancy gave us a warm welcome. Housekeeping Manager Paula and assotiate Laycee provided a clean, comfy, spacious suite! Kitchen associate Christi served up a glorious breakfast with plenty of gluten free options for me! Macie at check out sent us off with heartfelt wishes that we return and thanks for staying! We definitely plan to return someday. It was an exceptional stay!!

My experience with this location was a unique one. I fell and injured my ankle just prior to driving into Burley. I walked into the hotel bruised and swollen. Macy, the lovely woman at the front desk, saw my plight, got a wheel chair, ice, pillows and got my room ready for a such earlier check-in than expected. Additionally, she got her manager, Dave, that was an EMT to give my ankle a quick look and gave me some great recommendations for a local medical facility that could take care of me. A sweet hotel worker even offered to push my wheel chair to my room. I was checked on and offered more ice before Macy left for the day. This was truly service above and beyond anything I have experienced at a Marriott property let alone any hotel. A weary traveler would definitely find this location a wonderful place to recharge and, dare I say, heal from your many adventures.

Nice place to stop when on a long road trip through the boring I-84. Plenty of parking. Well kept facility. Nice pool area. And breakfast is included. Marriott mid levels are affordable. Simple. And provide a nice plane to take a quick overnight break.

We were heading to Arizona and then home again stayed both times at this Fairfield, what a classy hotel, as a travel agent i look for certain things and this hotel had it all, great staff, great rooms, very clean, excellent breakfast, great service, make sure to try them out on your next trip through you will be pleasantly surprised
