The property is well-located in Burleigh, being only a few minutes walk from the main shopping *****. There is a walk-way out the back that brings you out on to the Esplanade only a stone's throw from the patrolled beach. We made use of the tennis court and also the BBQ which was well maintained. The pool is not massive but was fine for a refreshing dip. Our two-bedroom apartment was comfy and clean and had everything you needed. We felt that the fridge wasn't cooling properly at one stage and after mentioning it to the manager, without any drama he had arranged for a second fridge to be brought up to the room by the time we got back to the apartment from the beach. Overall a good option in a great spot.

Good location, very convenient to all restaurant and beach .
Room is old, need maintenance, both tap in shower and laundry was leaking, door in the toilet and laundry does not close properly it was too tight . Walls in the toilet are dirty lots of dirt marks as well as mirror in the living room .
There is only one Air conditioner which is located in the living room can not reach the 2x rooms . It was very uncomfortable to sleep specially in one of the small room too hot .
Maybe need a portable aircon specially on summer heat .

Good place to stay with all the facilities and amenities required. Close to shops and a great variety of eateries.
Staff eager to assist and everything went to plan.
The area around has construction work for the tram extension, and this will provide an even better experience down the track. Close to the beach and the
room provided a spectacular view.
