Fantastic hotel located right in Burleigh Heads. Great apartment, wonderful views. Excellent facilities outdoor and indoor pools, tennis court, carpark onsite - 1 per apartment. Easy stroll to James St, Burleigh Pavilion and Surf Club. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Fantasic position and nice apartment! Most concerning safety issues. Poor communication from management when pipe burst causing major flooding on 6th floor. No elevators, wet and slippery dark stairwell to use, no internet or power. Managment didn't inform holiday makers of the problem or what procedures should be implementsd during an emergency for their safety. The manager has a most unfortunate anger issue. Before the emergencxy they appeared tpo be friendly and helpful, so was very upset with their behaviour.Our holiday was totally ruined by his rude and agressive behaviour. Would not return with current managers.

I had an amazing stay at Pacific Regis in Burleigh! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to all the great cafes, shops, and amenities. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset!
A special mention to the reception staff, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their friendly service made all the difference. If you're looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Burleigh, I highly recommend Pacific Regis. I'll definitely be back!

Stay was good and in a good location. Nice views of the beach and was very quiet at night time.
