We snagged this place before Cyclone Alfred hit. Lorraine was very accommodating and helpful and assisted us with a late check-in. We watched as Alfred did it's best to ruin everyone's holiday plans. We had great views from the 8th floor. The apartment came fully furnished, with everything you needed for a short stay. Wi-Fi was free. It was beautifully appointed with heaps of furniture. Only negative was there was only one TV, in the lounge room & none in the bedroom (but that's really a small problem) It's a great place to stay, shops, beach, eateries are all minutes away. Highly recommend Oceania.

This apartment is very large, very clean and well equipped. We stayed on the 4th floor and it had great views (although trees block some beach views). We stayed as a family of 5, 3 kids - 11, 9 & 6. We stay in Burleigh often and it’s probably the best (definitely biggest) apartment. We have stayed in. Overall the apartment is excellent but a few points to note. - there is no air conditioning. There are fans in each room, and you get a great sea breeze. There is also a free standing “Dyson cool” in the lounge. We were there in Nov, mid 20s weather and it wasn’t a problem for us at all, but could be in the hot months. - there is quite a lot of noise around. No fault of the apartments and it is the trade off with being so close to the central area in Burleigh Heads. - the reception isn’t manned full time given they are a small complex with a lot of permanents. We didn’t need them at all, and there is a number to call if needed so this wasn’t a problem for us. - the security isn’t great. Usually the main entrance is left open and you can access the lift without keys/fob. The rooms aren’t automatically locking so you need to make sure you lock your door. In saying all that we were really happy with the place (just things to be aware of), and will definitely stay there again.
