Days Inn by Wyndham Madison NE/Windsor

The owners a homophobic I booked a room and he refused my payment and refused to give the hotel room.

Don’t stay here if you have allergies! We lasted an hour and then had to check out and find a new hotel. When we entered the building a musty smell overwhelmed us. When we got to our room we were overwhelmed by the moldy smell. The chair smelled nasty. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut because it was warped. It was dark in the bathroom. It felt like we were staying in someone’s dark, dank basement. Yuck.

The facility has indication of aging but has been renovated. It's right off the interstate and has a great local restaurant right by it. The continental breakfast is basic but has longer serving time than others. It's clean and comfortable for the price charged.

I was very happy with my stay at this days inn. When I entered the hotel I was greeted by the very friendly employee Jenna she was the best!! she was fast and efficient and still made you feel like you were family or a vip guest. I really enjoyed the Halloween decorations made the hotel homely. My room was nice as clean and the bed was comfortable. I was very happy to see that they have complementary breakfast!! Just enough to have a light breakfast. The next morning Jenna was in breakfast room filling everything so everyone had everything they could want and more and all with a smile and saying good morning while also making sure to check out guests and say thanks and good bye before they left. She is a very hard worker and is always working on something Over all it was nice hotel but what made me want to come back was Jenna she goes above and beyond to make everyone stay unforgettable.

Room was infested with dead and live beetles. Management refused to issue a refund at the location. Lack of professionalism and training to ensure guest satisfaction.
