ประทับใจกับตัวโรงแรมมากๆเลยนะคะ แต่กับการบริการของพนักงานในวันที่เข้าพัก บอกเลยว่าแย่มากๆ เลือกโรงแรมเพราะเห็นว่าสวยและสะอาดน่าพักมากๆ เราเปิดโรงแรมเพราะแต่งหน้าทำผมให้กับลูกค้า พอใกล้จะเสร็จพนักงานบอกว่าต้องจ่ายเงินคนละ150บาท ซึ่งพนักงานยืนเถียงกับเราว่าแจ้งลูกค้าของเราตั้งแต่รอบแรกไปแล้วว่าเรียกเก็บ แต่จริงๆแล้วพึ่งมาเรียกตอนกำลังจะกลับ พนักงานบริการยืนเถียงแบบขาดใจ ไม่มีคำขอโทษใดๆทั้งสิ้น ซึ่งรู้สึกแย่กับเหตุการณ์นี้มาก ปล. เราเปิดห้องแต่งหน้ามาหลายที่มากๆ เจอเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มที่นี่ที่แรกเลยค่ะ

my last time here was 1 year ago, they didnt have elevator back then, the room is clean and showering water is hot enough (if you need it).

Clean, functional, modern. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were great. The washroom didn’t have much in the way of shampoo etc., but everything worked perfectly and the hotel was just… good. Nothing out of place, everything functional, and had a good sleep.
