Excellent friendly service especially from reception staff, Gigi and Oum, if you need pool towels general information etc. We spend most of our time traveling Europe, America, Australia and Asia and i can honestly say these two reception staff are a pleasant welcome along with others that i did not get there names, i highly recommend this hotel when visiting Buriram i have stayed here many times and never been disappointed.

Book in advance, you cannot cancel the order after a certain number of hours. The hotel environment is good. I booked 4 nights and changed the place temporarily, but did not stay for 3 nights and there is no refund at all.
