Para no volver, destaco el maltrato recibido tanto por los gerentes del establecimiento como por el personal que lo atiende, mala organización y una dejadez en la que se excusan en la buena fama que tienen y que hace décadas podía ser merecida pero que hoy en día para nada, aconsejo lean las reseñas anteriores a la mía y que valoren otras opciones de restauración en Burgos, que hay muchas y muy buenas,

This is a rather wonderful, rather bizarre hotel that reminds me of old-fashioned English hotels that I used to stay in as a child. The building is quite unique and well-maintained. We loved all the nooks and crannies, and the eclectic furnishings. Our room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was big and functional (even if it looked as though it had been last decorated in the 1980s). My one complaint about the bathroom was that there was no hair conditioner. The pool area is very nice, although it's a bit of a shame that you cannot swim between the outside and indoor pools any more. However, the grounds of the pool area need a tidy-up - it's was very ill-kempt lawn, with some rather uncomfortable loungers strewn across it. And there is no bar service outdoors, which would make all the difference on a summer's evening. Our meal in the restaurant was good (without being exceptional) but we loved our efficient, friendly server.

Las habitaciones e instalaciones del hotel, restaurante y cafetería son estupendas. La atención recibida en el hotel es la adecuada pero no sucede lo mismo en la cafetería y restaurante. En la cafetería tardan más de 25 minutos en atender aún llamando a los camareros en más de 4 ocasiones. En el restaurante el maitre te recibe diciéndote, ahí a la izquierda está la mesa, mientras se va a la cocina. Están desbordados por la falta de personal pero los precios están como si el servicio fuera de 5 estrellas. No tienen profesionalidad ni educación hacia el cliente. No es solo mi opinión, varias personas se quejaban en la cafetería y restaurante, otra persona adelantaba la salida del hotel por el pésimo servicio recibido. Viven del pasado pero cada vez hay menos clientes tanto en restaurante como en la cafetería.

No tienen personal. Te atienden fatal y son rígidos e irracionales en el trato, como si el cliente fuera un proveedor suyo, y le gustara maltratar a sus proveedores y clientes. Los precios, desorbitados para lo que ofrecen. Suele haber colas y clientes y personal enfadados de continuo, por el mal servicio que dan.

Desde hace más de 30 años paro en la cafetería del hotel a tomar los huevos con morcilla por su cocina non-stop. Rápido, acogedor y tranquilo. El último día había una pareja con un perro ... pequeño ... que ladraba con ladridos cortos y estridentes. Insoportable. No solo esto sino que además le daban pedazos de la comida sobre la mesita baja ... La mesita en la que muchas veces he comido. Me quejé al camarero y me dijo que eran órdenes de dirección. No quiero poner una mala valoración, porque adoro este lugar. Con todo mi respeto a los animalistas: en un remanso de paz como es el Hotel Landa, no tienen cabida los animales.

Es un lugar que a nosotros nos encanta, solemos ir un par de veces al año. La piscina, las habitaciones, la ropa de cama, el olor del hotel… es excepcional. El trato del personal del hotel muy amable, pero el servicio de restauración demasiado castellano esto debería de suavizarse. No obstante nos encanta

L'hôtel est impressionnant, la piscine est magnifique, les chambres très confortables. La situation face à l'autoroute est dommage (les chambres sont très bien insonorisées) Le personnel sur place lors de notre arrivée n'était pas du tout sympathique á la réception. Le restaurant est magnifique et assez bon. Le bar a une ambiance très "froide" et le chef de salle était assez autoritaire. De même pour le personnel du restaurant. Nous avions tout simplement l impression de déranger. Cependant, le personnel à la réception au check out était plus bienveillant. Peut être sommes nous très mal tombés avec l'équipe du soir. Le site Internet de l hôtel reflète un endroit très chaleureux et accueillant, nous n avons pas du tout eu ce sentiment. Le Landa aurait beaucoup à gagner en sensibilisant son personnel.

Venía de Camino de Salamanca hacia Bilbao y se me ocurrió parar a comer el típico Cordero al horno de Burgos pues mala experiencia Cordero frío ,Patatas frías y ensalada en un bol de fruta y una ración de arroz con bogavante y de postre de mala leche nada ni café, sin más no volveré al Restaurante. caro ,calidad ,cantidad y precio,será que soy de Bilbao Contamos de que nos van a cobrar pero por lo menos que esté correcto,una pata 60€ para dos y lo venden por cuartos de eso nada ,nos guiamos por Google la ruta del Cordero diferentes sitios y lo ponían como referente pues ya lo pueden quitar,la próxima vez pararé en Lerma o Aranda del Duero Como hotel o en el bar no puede decir lo mismo Vamos que no me ven el pelo más.
