It is I. The outskirt of the city. Down stairs is a bar and restaurant. I was there on the weekend. So it is full of people until midnight. Service people are friendly and helpful. Would recommend

El hotel está al lado del matadero, con lo que siempre huele mal, los baños huelen mal, las camareras unas bordes y mal educadas, sobre todo la pelirroja del pelo corto, sino te gusta estar cara al publico guapa no curres d ellos, no puede tratar a la gente como los trata, para estar cara al publico hay q valer, y tú no vales, ya solo con el trato q dan no vuelvo más

Un amateurisme hôtelier vraiment inouï. Accueil approximatif, petit déjeuner insignifiant, tout est à revoir... Jamais nous n'avions sejourné dans un hôtel où l'on vous reçoit après 15 mn d'attente, où le petit déjeuner manque à ce point de l'essentiel et où aucun personnel n'est là pour répondre à des demandes aussi simples que d'avoir un... bol pour le café et... une petite cuillère... Je vous assure que c'est vrai ! On a l'impression de ne pas exister pour le personnel tellement polyvalent qu'il n'a pas le temps de s'occuper des clients. Dommage car l'hôtel est assez confortable et propre même si le rapport qualité prix est désavantageux. Seule la cafétéria très fréquentée semble intéresser le personnel un peu débordé. Passez votre chemin, il y a à Burgos de vrais bons hôtels où vous serez bien reçus à un prix plus intéressant.

Pésima experiencia mal trato por las camareras,no valoran que el dinero uno se lo gana y no tiene sentido que te maltraten así , miércoles 9 de abril.10 pma la hora de servir te reclaman que hay que pagar primero antes de irte a la mesa algo como si pagas tienes que comerte lo que te sirven así este malo y para cobrar es a su forma ,hay falta de empatía y profesionalidad
