Unsere jährliche Weihnachtsfeier fand heuer erst im Januar statt, dafür war sie umso feierlicher und genussvoller als sonst: Wir genossen ein Burgdorfer Festmahl in einem festlich geschmückten, separaten Raum des Hotels Stadthaus und wurden richtig verwöhnt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Bereitschaft des Banketteams, unseren Wünschen nachzukommen: Uns zuliebe wurde ein sensationell feiner Espresso Martini zubereitet, und auch die Kommunikation mit dem von uns engagierten Unterhaltungskünstler lief perfekt. Ein grosses Lob an das gesamte Team: Wir konnten den Abend so richtig geniessen!

Rooms were superb with many included amenities. Free parking on the street was limited but a nice perk. Just a few steps from the bus stop and very walkable in the old-town of Burgdorf. Will definitely return!

Wir durften in den tollen Räumlichenkeiten ein Seminar durchführen. Der Service ist absolut toll, die Lage und Ausstattung ebenfalls. Die Pausenverpflegung durften wir im wunderschönen Innenhof einnehmen . Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Ich bin sowohl von der Sozialkompetenz sowie von der Servicequalität enttäuscht. Die Rezeptionistin erschien mir unerfahren und scheu, die Zimmerzuweisung war falsch und wurde erst nach langem warten an der Rezeption geklärt. Der Service beklagte sich lutstark über zu viel arbeit und die Bedienung dauerte dementsprechend..,

Sehr zentral und gut gelegenes Hotel. Wir waren zum Biken hier. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, direkt vom Hotel aus. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, gemütlich aber auch zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind hart und wir haben tief, fest, lange und entspannt geschlafen. Dies war sehr wichtig für unsere Auszeit. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles beste Qualität. Jeden Abend hatten wir frisches Obst auf dem Zimmer, was wir sehr schätzten. Ein sehr zu empfehlender Ort. Dem gesamten Team Danke für das verlängerte entspannte Wochenende, welches wir so geniessen konnten.
