Das Hotel legt großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichhaltig. Es gab verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Servicepersonal war höflich und aufmerksam.

Ein schönes sauberes Hotel, uns hat besonders der Spabereich gefallen. Früstück war sehr gut und immer frisch. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber, die Lage etwas abseits von Burg, aber sehr ruhig. Bis auf das Abend Buffet, kein Ambiente und dass Essenfür unseren Geschmack eher lau.., ein tolles Hotel.

Wir waren mit Hund zwei Tage da. Das Hotel hat eine optimale Lage, es ist nicht weit nach Burg ins Zentrum, liegt es wirklich ruhig. Für unseren Hund stand ein Napf und eine Box Leckerli bereit was eine tolle Geste ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber wenn auch an kleinen Stellen die Zeit nagt. Pool, Minigolf und das gesamte Gelände plus kleinen Zoo hat was. Wirklich 100Punkte. Thema Essen: Wir waren nur beim hauseigenen Italiener, haben nicht das Buffett zum Abend genutzt, jedoch die Karte las sich gut. Der Italiener war ohne Beanstandungen sehr gut. Kritik gibt es beim Frühstück aber das ist Ansicht, es ist weitläufig und wirkt kalt und steril ohne Deko und aufmunterndes Ansprechen. Am Angebot ist es jedoch im Preis/ Leistung wirklich gut. Besonders frühs auf der Terrasse sitzen hat was :) Wir kommen gern wieder, das rund um Paket mit kleinen Ansichtssachen sei entschuldigt, ist es ein schönes ruhiges, mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal Hotel und eine wirklich sehr gute Adresse im Spreewald. Danke!

Die Zimmer und die Hotelanlage waren tip top. Die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Extrawünsche wurden möglich gemacht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die gesamte Anlage ist mit dem Streichel-Zoo, Minigolf und Wellness-Bereichen sehr schön konzipiert. Insbesondere das Badehaus ist mit dem Blick aus dem Pool über die Wiesen ein Highlight. Das Frühstücks-Buffet wirkt in den unterschiedlichen Räumlichkeiten etwas zerklüftet. Es wäre für den Gesamteindruck gut, wenn nicht direkt am Buffet aus der Industrie-Grosspackung nachgelegt werden würde, sondern das hinter den Kulissen gemacht werden würde. Das Frühstück könnte neben zwei veganen Industrie-Aufstrichen aus der Dose durchaus noch ein paar vegetarische bzw. vegane Ergänzungen vertragen. Zumindest während des Abendbuffets sollte die Tür nach oben zu den Junior-Suiten hinter dem Buffet geschlossen bleiben, damit es dort nicht so extrem nach Küche bzw. Essen riecht. Aber generell eine schöne Location, wo man sehr gut ein paar Tage entspannt verbringen kann.
