3-Star Hotels in Burbank

This is my favorite hotel. We stay here every year. I usually have a great stay! This year not so much! Rooms refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled our food, and they switched from sample size shampoo and conditioner to full size pumps attached to wall with nothing inside! Thank goodness I bought some shampoo just in case! Beds were a little harder than what I have remembered. I know they have new ownership. I hope this is not how it’s going to be next year too. Other than than I like this hotel, great location.

I know that prices in the United States are high, and I don’t expect the same environment and service as in China at such a price. But when I returned to the room after going out for the first day, I found that although the room had been tidied, it was not done in a perfunctory manner. The two of us had thrown it away the night before. The disposable socks and underwear in the trash can appeared on the ground inexplicably. The socks seemed to be deliberately placed under the sink, and the underwear was thrown on the carpet next to the bathroom. Can't you see such obvious garbage on the ground... …

The room is big, the environment is nice, the location is close to Universal Studios, the parking is free, but after staying for two nights, there is no housekeeping, a little disappointed!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is centrally located in downtown so there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

An American breakfast is served in the morning. There are toast, bread, various jams, sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, and fruit. The room is larger with a kingsize bed and a sofa bed (need to be spread out by yourself). Feeling thinner, the air conditioner needs to be higher, but the sound of the air conditioner is louder, which is a big problem for the neurasthenic guests. I chose to live here mainly because I have to go to Universal Studios. The road is not far away. I can get it in the morning of 20 minutes. Not far from the California Institute of Technology, not far from Greenfield Park, but just happened to meet the sunny weekend, there are many people going up the mountain, the road is blocked.

The room was okay. No one cleaned it. There were no restaurants nearby.
