Best hotel ever! We are going to BlackPink in Chicago.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning and asked if early check-in was possible. They immediately checked for available rooms and quickly cleaned one for us so we could check in early. We truly appreciate everything they did for us — thank you all so much!

I've only been here a couple of hours and I hate this place. I needed to iron a shirt for a meeting tomorrow and this place is out of ironing boards. The iron they gave me is scorched and that was the last one. You have to also ask for a hairdryer and I was just told they never had any despite a sign in my room that says they do. My room looks like it needs to be swept. Never again. Go elsewhere.

2 pillows per bed. The pillows were trash. Flat. No soap small shampoo bottle. Dirty floors. Noises.
