The room was not cleaned accurately, and there were foreign objects on the floor that were not swept away. However, new bath towels and supplies were provided twice a day, which was very considerate. Except for the inaccurate cleaning, everything else was great. It is worth mentioning that the swimming pool here is the largest swimming pool I have ever encountered, so you can swim to your heart's content.

The lobby look lovely, cute decoration of Tết, the lounge make good drinks… the room, bed is comfy, very spacious room, lots of space… my room is 514, at night or in the morning, theres always someone walking on top of my room or doing something, lots of noises, even late night, the room isnt sound proof, so u can hear all the noises, the morning even lots of noises when everybody wake up, breakfast not too hot, i come down around 8:30-9, some plate already out, take long to refill all the foods for late wake up customers… and the bún bò huế is something i never seen and eat before, its funny…. Didnt like the breakfast buffet that much… although its a convenient location, close to everything… walking distance to my favorite restaurant… thats a plus…

Being one of the state hotels whose standard is the same everywhere in all of Vietnam, the price is the best value for the central location where you can visit everything on foot: the museums of ethnology and Bao Dai Royal Palace, as well as Buon Ma Thuot Central Market. On the other hand, a large mall is next door for purchases in the supermarket or to go see a movie. The rooms are large, well air-conditioned, good bedding, all comfort offered. Afterwards, it's Vietnam too: the bathroom quickly floods because the shower water drains are badly done, the decor is outdated and the breakfast is very Vietnamese Asian, butter does not exist, à la place is margarine, relatively hearty and diversified savory dishes are struggling to seduce European tourists.

Overall good in the price range. Location: near the administrative agencies of Dak Lak province, few restaurants around. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Clean room. Equipment is quite good.
