I strongly recommend to those who want to find a hotel to lie down and retreat. The hotel is on the mountain. It is recommended to rent a car. There is a parking lot. The air is quite good and it is very quiet. You can hear the sound of sheep with bells hanging on them, which is very healing. The facilities and buildings are full of manor feeling. The rooms are also relatively large. The staff who received us were very enthusiastic, meticulous and friendly, especially the grandfather who received us on the night of check-in. I admire his dedication, concentration and meticulousness. This is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in in Mallorca. The breakfast is delicious and you can also do SPA. It's a pity that I didn't have enough time to make it. I took a photo of my life here

Très bel hôtel à l’extérieur, cadre bien entretenu et parking sur place très pratique. Chambre standard spacieuse et confortable. Gros point fort : le petit-déjeuner, excellent avec des produits frais, faits maison. Le personnel à la réception était adorable et très professionnel. En revanche, quelques points à revoir : la salle de bain avec baignoire et rideau en plastique, ce n’est plus acceptable aujourd’hui. Les coussins décoratifs et le couvre-lit en tissu devraient aussi être bannis pour des raisons d’hygiène. Le spa est en réalité une piscine non chauffée, sans espace bien-être. Sauna et hammam étaient hors service (peut-être à cause de la saison, mais aucune info donnée). Salle de sport très limitée : seulement trois machines. En résumé : un très bel hôtel, un super petit-déj, un personnel top, mais il faudrait moderniser les équipements et améliorer la communication pour un meilleur confort

We stayed at L'Hermitage for a week in June and were thrilled. Everything is just perfect: the rooms are large and very clean. We had a Superior Room with a private terrace, lounge chairs, and a table. It was great that they were shaded, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and you can also order egg dishes. Dinner (we had half board) is served à la carte. The selection is extensive, and the portions are almost impossible to finish. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. We can also vouch for the friendliness of the staff. We felt well looked after all around. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and you definitely need a car. The location is so central that you can reach any destination in an hour's drive at the most. Thank you for the wonderful time, and maybe we'll see each other again... I would say definitely!

Beautiful hotel in amazing location
We loved everything about our 2 night stay (end of April). We were a couple with our 18 yr old daughter and had one of the Junior Suites which was spacious and had the most incredible view from the private deck. Although we ventured out in the car in the day, we had pre booked dinner in the hotel both nights so we didn’t need to drive anywhere in the evening. Food and service was great & very personal. Outside pool was cold but that didn’t bother me at all, and then getting into the indoor pool directly afterwards felt like a bath! Everything about the place is what we had hoped it would be, a quiet relaxing stay to recharge and feel spoilt.
