Didn't feel very safe in the rooms, internal locks are a must. As I was alone, I didn't feel great about having to just trust that the door was locked. Around midnight, a woman in the hotel began screaming for around 20 minutes straight. There's no way to communicate with reception from the rooms and the lack of 24-hour reception and/or security felt very isolating. I wanted to see if anyone else could address the situation as I didn't feel safe leaving the room to check, but there were zero contact numbers. In the morning, I checked out early so put my room key in the express box. I then tried to get down to my car but was unable to do so without the key so I called the out-of-hours service and was met with a very passive-aggressive woman who made me feel like an ***** for not knowing that I had to remove my car before checking out, even though this was not communicated to me at check-in. Even though I had somewhere to be urgently, I had to wait until reception was occupied to get to my car but the gentleman who helped me was lovely and understanding. Overall, I did not enjoy my time and will not be coming back or recommending to anyone. Whilst the apartments are 'modern' and fairly clean, it's way too expensive for zero external amenities and poor customer service.

Booked at the Parc hotel apartments with great optimism. Unfortunately from the moment we arrived, this place was terrible. We booked a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, which was small , pokey, and very isolated. Nearest shops, restaurants are 2 kms away on a busy road. . Car park is tight and limited. Internet which was advertised as part of the package didn’t work. We gave up trying. That was the final straw that broke us. If you are staying in Bundoora and want an apartment, try quest which lives up to the billing. The Parc is poor and we will never stay here again or recommend this to friends. Just awful.

Hotel is poorly laid out and cheap fit out - which is well below the level expected for the price paid. There is no housekeeping unless you request it. Which I did, twice, and still didn’t happen. Hotel is in a main road and the parking bays are extremely tight

Good hotel. Near suppermarket. Dan murphys. restaurants and transport. Internet is not good and cleaning is only done by requesting it. This includes getting new towels and sheet changes. Near park so good for a walk.
