We both truly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely do it again — definitely 5+ stars from us!
The only thing we wish is that we had more time to explore the coast.
Everything is so close and convenient, which made the experience even better. We loved it!

On Our Own in Bundeena
This property provided us with a convenient place to stay while in Bundeena away from family who would not have been able to accommodate us, but close enough to be in contact with them.

It is a nice little apartment and well equipped but with a musty smell as a result of all the recent rain. The oil heater in the living area kept it warm but the bathroom and toilet are down a hallway and were quite cold. The bathroom is not suitable for older people as the shower is in a high bathtub with no handrail to get out with. It also has no screen or shower floor so the floor gets quite wet. The apartment is not equipped with a washer / drier which would be a problem for longer stays, or as in our case, if you get caught in heavy rain. The owner helpfully dried our clothes.

We had an outstanding experience. This apartment exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed visiting Sydney and Bundeena and this location fulfilled our needs.

We had a lovely quiet weekend.
Pored rain the whole time we were there so we went to the local RSL for lunch Saturday, really nice food and friendly people.
Wpoul like to back in the summer.

A great location to base yourself to explore the Royal National Park. You have everything you need. Including a well-appointed kitchen. Although the building is quite old. It’s very well maintained and has a lot of additional comforts of home. Would stay again if travelling to the area.
