I had a terrible experience at Mantra Bunbury, and it's shocking that an Accor Group hotel could provide such appalling service. The advertised check-in time is until 10 PM, yet when we arrived at 9 PM, the lobby was locked, dark, and there was no one at reception. We called the emergency number multiple times, but no one picked up. We were left stranded outside in 10°C temperatures for nearly an hour before we were fortunate enough for another guest to show us the self-check-in box. To top it off, the hotel offered no form of compensation for this disgraceful inconvenience.

Honest feedback, the room is clean location wise fantastic, but the room doesn’t have noise proof seriously noisy can here next door and the people at the second floor when opening and closing doors dragging luggage moving things around voice and stuff seriously can’t have peaceful night. Hope they do something about it. If given a chance to book in this hotel again definitely not the ground floor rooms.

The hotel is located on the top of a small hill, facing the sea, next to a lighthouse, and the view is very good.
The room facilities are also quite new, and the room size is medium to large. The mattress of the extra bed was a bit soft, and the springs in some places were loose, making it uneven. The sofa can be pulled out to become an extra bed.
The front desk of the hotel nominally has working hours. If you go to the hotel after working hours, no one will greet you. I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, and there was no one at the front desk. I had to call someone to come out. The waiter came out quickly, but he was well-dressed. It's not neat, I don't know if he is sleeping. When we checked out the next morning, it was during working hours, but there was still no waiter at the front desk. We had already paid anyway, so we left the keys in the express check-out box.
There are plenty of parking spaces at the door. There's nothing to eat nearby.
