My friend and I went to lunch at the iconic Rose Hotel yesterday as they offered a roast on the menu and I was looking forward to having a beef roast which I rarely cook for myself at home. Big disapointment, the veggies was slightly overcooked but still enough to enjoy, the beef slices a total disaster, it felt like the chef ordered it direct from the tanneries, my friend and I had no chance cutting the meat with the normal knife supplied so I asked the young waitress if she could supply us with steak knives which she promptly fetched, even struggled with that. After a good attempt my aching jaws said that's enough and I was unable to eat anymore as with my friend and left over half the meat on the plate and left. As being a resident of Bunbury for most of my life I'm sure the management of the Rose will rectify this in the future meanwhile 'Yuk Regards Simon
