Location is in the middle of mehkar, which is convenient. Food is brought from a restaurant outside; i ordered just one dish and it was fairly good. Maintenance could be better. Linens and towels are old and worn out. I rejected the room prepared for me because it was highway facing, and they gave me another one. But didn't tell me that it had not been cleaned (or if it had been, it was very poorly cleaned. Still, when i complained, they were prompt in changing the linens and sending someone to clean up. The owner spoke well and apologized for the check-in hassles. However the wifi was working only in the reception area and corridors, not in the room. So i could not use the wifi. Next morning i greeted the sleeping staff boys and told them i would be checking out soon. Half hour later i called the reception to say i was leaving and no one answered the phone. When i came out they were still waking up leisurely. I had to carry my bags myself to the car. I was shocked by their uncaring attitude. But perhaps one cannot expect much in a small town located in a backward area.
