Cresta Churchill is the place to be when in Bulawayo. Very clean and smart rooms. It's in a quiet environment. Fresh meals are served every day and members of staff are friendly Keep up the high standards!!!!

They double charged me. After being informed about it, they gave me a long deadline to refund me, which they never did (even after the deadline expired). I sent many unsuccessful messages to them regarding the issue. I was lucky that I made the reservation through another platform, which took care of the refund.

Treatment provided by management is very personalised. Staff is very friendly. The renovations being done are spot on yet still maintaining the traditional / historic ambiance of the hotel. The room service meals - beef steaks are really good.
