For the price that we paid, we did not receive an adequate room and service. A group of of international travellers and I came here on the second week of June, 2016 (winter in Zimbabwe). We found Zaks Place by coincidence and it gave us a good first impression. However, when we were checking in, the hotel manager was rude to us and proved inflexible on accommodating the three of us. His mean attitude demonstrated to us that he had no clue about good customer service. Once in the bedroom, we realized that the heater was not working properly and there was not enough hot water to take a shower the three of us.

Over this holiday, we've been to all the outlets in Norwich and were heading south, thought I'd take my partner to Thetford. The chicken came out uncooked firs time. Second time was little better. We paid and left. Staff did not seem concerned that the chicken was bleeding.

The service was poor,rooms old and dirty,and the wifi wasn't working most of the time.The receptionist on duty wasn't helpful at all,when I complained about wifi he told me the bosses were done for the day and he couldn't even send someone to try and fix it.Only one guy Nkosi was professional and helpful enough to assist.Breakfast was good and so was the waitress
