This stay did not happen. The property owner sent a housekeeper to tell us they do not have an account with trip.com and we must request a cancellation. I had to struggle to get alternative accommodation for my family.
I’m still waiting for a refund up to now and no one seems to be taking this seriously.
I am absolutely disappointed!!
