Overall conditions are good. TV remote is not functioning and toilet bowl is quite short compare with normal one.

I chose this hotel because it is very close to Jamek Sungai Rambai Bukit Mertajam Mosque within 300m and Padang Lalang Jamek Mosque within 350m. The road leading to the sungai rambai mosque will pass caltex and there is a 7eleven. After the mosque there is a restaurant. The road to Bukit Mertajam ETS is just around the corner. Can walk. I made a mistake that day booking grab because the address on the map is more than 2 km away. Actually less than 1km. Port eats even femes. But when I take public transport, I don't walk much. Aircond is not very cold. Can't watch TV. The bed sheet mattress needs to be replaced with a new one. The toilet door cannot be locked.

Overall the hotel is affordable and suitable for short stay or business trip but it need to improve their maintenance due to malfunction air conditioner. AC is important for hotels since there’s no fan or some no window at all.
