Me and my family of four had a lovely stay at Eden‘s Rest in August 2025! Ian provided everything one can desire when staying at a Bed and Breakfast. Besides the rooms, the service was amazing and when it comes to the absolutely well-made breakfast, my family and I were utterly satisfied. Thank you Ian for your tips and stories about Cornwall and your effort as a whole, making our stay entirely pleasant!

Thank you Ian and Wayne for another fantastic stay! We really enjoyed staying at Eden’s Rest Bed and Breakfast again. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and it was comfortable to stay in. A small but personal bed and breakfast with only 2 rooms that provides an Exceptional breakfast. A lovely cavalier king Charles spaniel who was allowed to meet us (after asking). Delightful room clean and well presented. And an ower who was only too happy to help and provide advice. A most enjoyable stay, it was a shame we couldn't have booked for longer. We will be back some day and reccomend to family.

We are so happy, my wife and I, that we decided to stay at Iain and Wayne's Eden's Rest. We were welcomed so warmly, and helped to find the treasures of St Austel and Cornwall, by Iain. His breakfasts were superb, his talk great fun, his kindness was heartfelt, genuine. The bed was a delight, beautiful cotton sheets and quilt, the room so comfy, kept clean every day when we were away visiting. The house was very peaceful indeed, the garden a delight to behold. Loved everything that we saw and did at Eden's Rest.
