This hotel is definitely not 4 star worthy. 3 star is what it should be. The staff were lovely. Food and drinks were great. But the hotel was over packed and busy, which I expected as it was summer holidays but only till you get there do you find out anyone can buy a pass to the pool. Therefore the swimming pool is so busy you can’t get sun loungers and the pool is overpacked with children. Not only this the restaurants are too open to the public. So the restaurants are hugely busy at times not finding a table of 5 for our family with random bits of the restaurant closed off this was very frustrating. The rooms were okay however mine was not sound proofed and next to the stairs so was awoken at 7am to loud clanking up and down. My air-con broke and the tv would turn on when it turned on so I slept poorly. Shower didn’t drain properly. On my final night I washed some clothes and hung them to dry over night, only to find out that the water from the pool above can spill on the balconies above and then drain directly into my balcony, disgusting. Over all for 5 nights I would have payed £400 max not the outrageous £900 I payed.

Hasam in housekeeping was an absolute gem!! He decorated the room beautifully for my birthday, wish was so kind of him. The rooms were tidy and well sized, And the adults only rooftop pool was lovely.

The staff are incredible, especially Puskar who was particularly helpful and made sure we always had drinks in hand. 100% recommend Puskar, he needs a raise in all seriousness.

Arrived again at this amazing hotel was greeted by the lovely Eloise who as usual was very professional and friendly.Natasha also welcomed us back.We stayed in room 118 which was kept immaculately clean thanks to the hard working housekeeping staff.The hotel is in a fantastic location for bars restaurants the sea .The bus station is 5 minutes walk and will take you to any part of the island.The hotel have a fantastic entertainment and animations team who work so hard to make sure you have a great time.A massive thank you to the lovely Safa who always put a smile on my face also Talita and Fern who were all a joy to be around.u fortunately to many to mention but a great asset to the hotel.The food in the restaurants is first class with so much choice.Theres also a roof top bar and infinity pool for adults.I really enjoyed the white night it was so much fun.You also have free wi-fi a safe and fridge.Water zone's on every floor to top up your bottles and jug.Hotel is spotless thanks again to the amazing cleaning staff inside and out.Theres the Moroc cafe by the entrance to the hotel very handy to chill out amazing coffees. I'd like to mention Michael who works so hard in both the pool and Cosy bar he always has a smile for everyone.Jayaram and Khyan the pool assistants were always there when needed they were so helpful.Before I sign off I'd like to thank Zeeshan the Guest Relations Manager who seems to always be in the hotel making sure everyone is happy. We've stayed here in April , October and now 2 weeks in June 17th-1st of July can't wait to come back .Many thanks everyone Denise & Paul

Great holiday, me and my family (wife and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Food was great. Enjoyed the evening kids disco and entertainment. Reception staff we dealt with a friendly (Thankyou Shejnaz). Highly recommend *****

Arrived at our first all inclusive so not sure what to find. Staff were amazing and food tremendous as well as plentiful. The bar at the pool was quick and easy for endless refills which was great. 9 Lives, a sister business to the hotel, is a lovely beach restaurant with the best cocktails and a happy 3 hours from 4 to 7 (when we were there) so well worth visiting. Just take the lift near the pool to -2 car park then keep left and you through a tunnel under the road to the restaurant. Top notch.

Overall a great hotel. Food is plentiful with many options at each meal time. BBQ around the pool for lunch is great if you don't want to go inside. For the size of the hotel the pool is a little on the small side in my opinion. Also the pool was a little cold to say the temperature was in the 30s. Entertainment around the pool is good fun. Could maybe do another event across the morning, little kiddies splash pool is nice. Rooms are clean and spacious but grout in the bathrooms needs a good scrub as it's looking dirty. Mini disco was cut short on most nights to 15 mins or didn't take place at all which was a shame as our children love a mini disco. Staff are lovely and friendly and Shejnaz behind reception is lovely and helpful. Great bell boy service. Lifts are a pain as it's these new modern ones where the screen tells you what lift to go to as you scan your card but it always took a long time to come it was quicker to walk. Luckily we were only on floor 3. Bit of a mixed review but I would definitely come back again.
