Hotel is very nice. Newly renovated buildings. Service is great, always welcomed and very nice except at the top deck pool, where we used the jacuzzi (free of charge) but it was designated for other guests, even though there were other free jacuzzis. Everything else is fine, especially front office, floor manager and housekeeping.
Unfortunately, Trip.com made an incorrect booking at the hotel. According to Trip.com we get sea view but when booking hotel we get land view. Luckily the hotel was very nice and the room was changed.

It was very comfortable relax atmosphere in our room, so I recommend this hotel. We used all the facilities and can approve that they are perfect for cozy vacation.

This is the second time we've stayed here now at the AX Odycy. The hotel has been completed to a high standard. The food is second to none, even with the attention to detail with my wife's milk intolerance. I love how you don't have to fight for a sun bed as it's not tolerated! The Side street bar is exceptional all those included Fabia, Rujita Sajan, Anil and team. Thankyou for making our holiday with evenings to remember

sajan, rujita, anil and the team of sidestreets were fabulous, really quick and efficient service. A great range of cocktails for an all inclusive offering. The staff really make a great impact on the stay, will definitely be back - the October sun is fantastic.

A Great Hotel in a fantastic location. Clean spacious rooms, high quality food & drink and attentive service from all staff members including Sajan, Anil & Rujita at the Side Street Bar! The pool area (indoor & out) is inviting with slides for the children and lots of sun beds. The pools are cold but that didn’t spoil our fun! We had a great family holiday and would recommend AX ODYCY.
