My wife and I had a lovely one night stay at Bugesera Lodge before we moved east to Akagera National Park and we wish we could have stayed longer! We were so well looked after by Jocelyn and her staff. As we were travelling in 'shoulder' season we had the whole place to ourselves where we got to enjoy the beautiful gardens and have some cold beers playing table tennis. We were treated to an amazing 4 course meal in the evening which was like dining in France! The rooms after very well appointed, personally decorated and wonderfully clean. We will definitely be stopping by again when we are back in Rwanda. Highly recommend especially for bird lovers!

Accueil exceptionnel Jardin et sa multitude d’oiseaux un vrai plaisir des yeux Très reposant, très calme sauf le chant des oiseaux ce qui évite la sonnerie du réveil matin Très propre, bungalows spacieux avec tout le nécessaire Salle de restauration et bar aménagés avec goût à l’africaine Petit déjeuner copieux, avec du choix.

Un grand jardin de deux hectares plein de fleurs et d'oiseaux à 30mn du centre de Kigali. Un ensemble de chambres individuelles, confortables et très biens conçues, aménagées dans des bungalows en dur, inspirés des huttes traditionnelles. Un restaurant avec baby foot et tennis de table,(les enfants ont aimé)... Le tout tenu avec passion par Jocelyne et Jean-Christophe, couple Franco-Rwandais, de très bons conseils pour les randonnées alentour et les autres excursions.

Accueil très sympathique de Jocelyne et son équipe Deco raffinée mélange d’ancien et art africain. Mention spéciale pour la villa VIP et pour les peignoirs colorés en vente à la boutique. Beaucoup d’autres souvenirs stylés Magnifique jardin fleuri !

Il s’agit de mon deuxième séjour au Bugesera Lodge, un cadre magnifique, un accueil incroyable ! Je vous recommande vivement de manger au restaurant, vous ne serez pas déçu ! Lés bungalow sont très agréables et très jolie ment décorés. It’s the place to be near Kigali!
