I can only say it's average.
Facilities: No kettle, no bottled water in the room, no mouthwash cup, inexplicably, it gives a bad experience, no disposable slippers, it's hard to find anything.
Hygiene: It's clean, the hotel looks new, towels are new, and there are enough towels.

First visit here for the 11 day power play event and it was amazing! The room was very clean and beautiful and all restaurants food were excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had, hotel was amazing for the first time stay and will stay again in the future!

Rooms are starting to look a bit worn down, not that same fresh, new, clean feeling it had when I started staying years ago. Gym is way too small for the hotel size, and very often doesn't accommodate the amount of folks looking to use it at peak times. Aside from that all is good here, even though things are starting to look worn it's far from the worst when it comes to outdated Marriott and Hilton properties, it has convenient covered parking, great restaurant, decent M lounge (fix the espresso machine! and a poultry based meat for breakfast would be nice), and staff is typically very friendly. This hotel is one of my go to places to stay in the area.
