Dora and her team offer top tier customer service! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere from the welcome at the Blue Doors to your farewell! Rooms are beautiful and clean with comfy beds. The pool is a slice of heaven and peaceful. The Limit Restaurant is delicious and Chef has the best smile I’ve ever seen!!!

This Villa Resort was extremely amazing. A very beautiful building, with modern design, immaculately kept and welcoming. We had the pool side Queen room and the view over the beautiful pool and in the distance the mountains was second to none. The room had sufficient space with ample seating, a small fridge and an absolutely gorgeous rain shower bathroom. The bed was comfortable and plush. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were extremely helpful and even helped us get a tour to the blue mountains where saw some of the most remarkable waterfalls, rivers and coffee farms. If you are going to the parish of Portland, Skys Villa Resort is a must stay.

Great boutique hotel
Beautiful clean and comfortable Nice size room and big soft bed. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great boutique hotel. Only negative would be they need a safe in the room and we wished it was closer to ocean. However we felt safe had great security. We only stayed for an overnight spot which worked beautifully for our stay in blue mountain

My dad and I went to sky's villa for an event and we were wonderfully surprised by the beauty and amenities of the property. The design of the common areas was lively and the rooms' decor were lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised when the "continental" breakfast turned out to be a full jamaican breakfast. Big up Sky's!! I would definitely book again if I'm going to be in the area.

There was no hot water at all from we arrived until we leave and we constantly asking about it and it never got fix they only stated that we will look into it, again it never got fix but everything was ok to me....besides the hot water issue i would recommend it to others.

The villa is beautiful!! Absolutely beautiful!. Customer service, however, was very poor. My stay was quite eventful to say the least. There were a few mishaps that could have been handled in a more professional manner. Staff needs to be trained on how to treat guests, how to be present in such setting, and also how to handle circumstances as they arise. Customer service is EVERYTHING!
