Modern and clean. Bed comfortable and room large. Reception staff excellent both at check in and out! Short overnight stay but good service and hotel looked nice overall.

Beautiful hotel in Puerto Madero
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Puerto Madero. Close proximity to a wide variety of restaurants and landmarks. The service was impeccable even though my stay was short. I wish I was there longer to take advantage of more amenities. The staff packed me a to go breakfast since my flight was leaving before breakfast hours which was a nice touch.

Very noisy rooms, you could hear the conversations of the adjoining rooms and very close building under construction. Same experience in the spa, noisy and not very good. Rooms not very clean and very average food quality. Not the SLS experience that one expects price/quality. I wouldn't go back.
On the positive note, the staff has the best disposition to help & location is top.
