This was our first trip to Buenos Aires and Glu Hotel ensured our visit would be a delightful one to remember! The hotel is located in Palermo in a calm neighborhood that was easily accessible to the restaurants and attractions of Palermo-SoHo. The hotel staff was very kind, responsive, helpful and professional. Their smiles and sunny disposition always made our day start right!

My husband and I joined friends, and stayed at The Glu hotel for nine days. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a marvelous location, Palermo. The decor is very nice, and it’s spotless. The rooms are beautifully appointed with lovely balconies. They have a nice set up if you need to work ( my husband had to combine business with pleasure), and their internet is excellent. Every morning they serve a wonderful breakfast that is made to order. It’s fresh and delicious. The owners are wonderful people, and their staff and concierge including Natalia, Thomas, and Vanessa, went above and beyond to meet any of our needs. Wonderful stay, and I will book again next time I’m in Buenos Aires.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Glu. The staff are very attentive. They addressed me by name each time and felt very genuine. As an English speaker, it was such a relief every reception staff spoke English fluently (yes I feel guilt, I’m trying to get my Spanish better!). Nice clean room, and big for one person (glam suite). Great location, walking distance to plazas and many restaurants.

The Glu is in a prime walking location through interesting neighborhoods to restaurants, street fairs, parks, and more. The welcoming staff at Glu were kind, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed chatting with the employee at the reception desk when we returned from various adventures and we will always be grateful to Vanessa for her tech support and good humor! The Glu is a gem in a beautiful city.

What a wonderful stay! The staff at Glu was amazing. Thomas and Natalia spent so much time helping us plan wonderful excursions and activities. They were so lovely and helpful!! Yummy breakfast and coffee. Felt very taken care of. Beautiful big room and the most comfy beds!!! Great location in Palermo soho. Thank you!!
