The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Faena. Every aspect of the experience was exceptional — from the exquisite restaurants to the unforgettable tango show. The lush, theatrical décor made the entire stay feel like a feast for the senses. And the service? Absolutely top-notch — warm, attentive, and truly world-class. Faena blends luxury, art, and atmosphere in the most magical way.

Awesome Hotel, great amenities and excellent restaurants. Rooms are elegant and modern. We went for the Sunday Asado at El Mercado Excellent meat, cooked perfectly! We had the bone-in filet and the vacío; just excellent! I recommend the papas bravas to accompany them; slightly spicy roasted potatoes are to die for. All this facilitated by the great service, especially Camilla who was excellent. If you like good meat and good food in general, you have to stop by El Mercado, you won't be disappointed! Also don't miss the Rojo Tango Show, it was superb. Undoubtedly one of the best tango show in town... a must see! The Living Room Lounge with live music and DJ was great too. Faena hotel, was an excellent experience, with impeccable service, we shall be back!

Someone described the hotel as achingly cool. The decor maybe but the experience is not. The room was good, sizeable and you have what you need. Plus a reasonable view of the park. Good gym. The downstairs restaurant and bar were very forgetable Mediocre service, lukewarm coffee and 3 star service. The overall experience is not of a top class hotel. It maybe aching cool decor but it doesn’t have the service nor the product that you need to be a top end hotel. We will not go back.

Top notch service, top to bottom! The hotel lives up to the Faena name. The concierge team, specifically Nicolas and Juan Bautista were great and super attentive to every detail of my stay. This is the only place I”ll stay in BA. See you guys soon!

Faena is a really elegant hotel, with service (and price) to match. It's an old warehouse that has been renovated very nicely, retaining its character but with luxury updates everywhere. The bar area is particularly good for passing time or meeting people.
