My stay was great the room was perfect

This location is absolutely filthy and not up to health or safety codes. There were massive black stains on the comforters, hair on the sheets, and giant brown stains on the walls. Both rooms 129 and 215 were filled with the smell of vape and cigarette smoke and the fire detector in 129 was gone. Red Roof Inn posts signs in the rooms and front office that they are 100 percent smoke free and have designated smoking areas. This is clearly not being controlled as seen by the can of cigarette butts sitting outside room 213.

Just not very good condition

Never again! When we checked in the room they put us in smelled like someone had been smoking in there for days, the smell was terible. They gave us another room with two queen beds instead of a king bed but it was doable. When we got in the room it had a musty smell to it so I used a body spray that I carry and while the A/C was running I held it in front of it and that helped the musty smell in the room. The curtain over the window was partially falling off, there was a lot of hair in the sink in the bathroom area. There were holes in the wall and the cable for the tv was ripped out of the wall. The baseboard cover was falling down all over and the bathtub had so much mold around it between the tub and surround we would not even take a shower in it!! Should have checked the reviews before booking it but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was easy to work with but the hotel needs A LOT OF UPDATING AND CLEANING!!!

Horrible accommodations When I walked in, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and staleness. I unloaded the car and then went to get something to eat. When I returned, I began looking around, and was totally shocked!! The bed spread was filthy, the pillow cases were stained and look like they were used as ash trays, the sheet were stained with god only knows what, with cigarette burns in them, the toilet look like it was cleaned in a month or longer, the light over the sink didn’t work until the next morning, the shower wasn’t scrubbed with a ring in the tub, one of the lights by the bed was falling off and out of the wall, was something by the sink missing(assume was a bracket for something suppose to be hanging there, couldn’t hang clothes up because the rod was ripped out of it, the walls needed a good cleaning or painting, and the curtain was so dark yellow with smoke when you stood outside and looked at the other rooms you could clearly see the difference. I felt I was put into a rental unit of a slum room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HERE AT ALL!! I ended up sleeping on the floor that night in fear of catching something. The next morning, I checked out all together cutting my stay as quickly as possible, even though booked for two days, and wasn’t going to stay there. Then when I asked for a receipt, we’ll still waiting on that and seeing if I’m going to get reimbursed for 1 day.

WARNING! Please don't stay here. This place is disgusting. I will NEVER stay here again. Did not even stay in the room. I understand why they don't offer cancellations or refunds bc as soon as you open the door and that smell of crack, ass, and mildew hits you, you want a refund.
