🧽 Buena Park “Grand” Hotel… First Impressions…
Yeah, it’s basically a 1-bedroom apartment… which sounds cool — until you realize there’s:
No towels 🚫
No shower curtain 🚫
One bed missing a fitted sheet 🛏️🤦
Dust thick enough to write my name around the TV 📺
A single TV... in the bedroom. So I guess the whole fam is just supposed to gather around the bed instead of using the living room 🛋️
And don’t even get me started on the pull-out couch mattress — stained, worn, and straight out of a horror film 💀
When I brought it up?
The first response was: “All I can do is apologize.” 🙃
BUT — shoutout to Emmanuel, the general manager. He stepped in, made it right, gave me a refund, and explained the situation. Much respect to him for owning it 💯👏
So yeah… rocky start, but at least someone cared enough to fix it.

I have stayed here several times. The rooms are spacious it's like a 1 bedroom apt without the ability to cook. It does have a microwave mini fridge and sink. Beds are comfy and they now have laundry facility. It's close to everything you need. So far my experience has been great.

The hotel is in a good location, with complete surrounding facilities and sanitation. The indoor facilities are relatively old, and the rooms do not provide drinking water. The attitude of the front desk staff is also perfunctory.

Disappointed with our room. We had been located within the under construction area way in the back. Felt we were in solitary confinement being in the area where there was no one around us because of the remodeling of the rooms around us.Lock on the door was broken and had to let front desk be notified. Requested a different room but was denied due to no extra room available. Not enough wash cloths to take a shower. Nice place but dissatisfied with the outcome.

Where did all the hair dryers go? Facilities are old but clean. Very close to Knotts Berry Farm.
