I’ve traveled all across the United States and stated in countless hotels, but this one was probably one of my top 10 favorites,.. excellent customer service even though it was over the holidays. They were very attentive.. This place doesn’t feel like a hotel. It feels like a room in a castle ,cozy yet so posh , the interior designer thought of everything. It was such a Zen !!! the comfort of the mattress was so amazing. I was trying to find the tag to find out where this mattress came from so I could order one at home .I suffer from nerve damage and typically don’t get a good night sleep so it was crazy when I woke up in the morning, having had slept all night. The landscaping is amazing so beautiful you feel like you’re in a beautiful magic castle…

Had a nice stay at the Inn at Zaca Creek. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Only issue was noise - I think it was the guest next door who was talking very loud at midnight and 7am but they do have earplugs in the room (Just didn't find them till the next day). Would recommend the hotel still!

The reason I didn’t offer 5 stars is because there was an odor of urine in our room. I had disinfectant spray and a lavender oil spray I used to mask the odor. I didn’t advise at the time of my stay of the odor because we arrived late and I was tired and didn’t want to deal with it. Otherwise, the place was great!

Very cozy stay at a charming property. The property adjoins the Tavern at Zaca Creek where we had a wonderful dinner. Parking is easy, as is access to the property. The surroundings are wonderful. What can go wrong? Nothing. Nothing at all.
