The Hotel Aleksandar is a 4 star hotel which appears a little tired in the communal areas, but the bedroom I stayed in, overlooking the small pool was very smart, with a good sized wall mounted TV with a range of TV channels in a number of languages. There were a number of cleaning staff working around the property, reception staff could appear a little frosty but were helpful when assistance was needed when trying to check for a UK bound flight. The hotel is opposite the beach and does not have a private beach section as some booking sites indicate and is a 15 minute walk to the lovely old town. Meals are buffet style and could become very samey if staying any more than a few nights, some nights there were no hot vegetarian options, which is a failing as the chef shrugged his shoulder when asked what the hot dishes were.

Vraiment cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles.Tout est moyen,à la limite du nul!!!lLa nourriture pour animaux dans un zoo peut-être?des fruits et légumes hachés grossièrement.Un personnel amorphe ne souriant jamais et ne parlant ni anglais ni français.Nous pensons qu'ils détestent les français.

Rude staff, no service mentality... They first tried to give us a very tiny room - not what we had ordered and paid for. No apology from hotel. Location itself is good. Enough distance from most crowded areas but still close enough finding dining place.

One of worst hotels i’ve ever stayed in! Unfriendly staff, cleanliness was average at the time of checkin and they only change the towels and clean the bathroom but not that well and found a cockroach in the bathroom and another one friend from the same group found another one as well, also they enter the room without knocking and kettle in the room and the reception never answers the phone in case u needed anything. Only positive thing was the location, but i will never consider the same hotel again

Bonne literie.Couette un peu spéciale et petite.Chambre agréable.C'est la restauration et le personnel qui pose problème.Pas un sourire?même de l'hostilité.On semble les déranger.Ils n'ont aucune notion de langue autre que la leur ou slave.La nourriture est grossière,invariable et artificielle.

Arrivée à l’hôtel accueil et sourire en option. Ensuite pas d’eau chaude pour la douche pendant 12 jours et tout le monde , y compris le big boss , s’en fout…. Les repas digne d’une cantine améliorée et ceci dans un 4* c’est inadmissible, tous les jours la même bouffe, matin midi et soir, et qui plus est pas bon du tout😱. J’ai été malade la 1ere nuit grâce à ce buffet avec ses sauces et ses desserts 😱…. Les cocktails sont plus que passable, mais la bière au tirage est bonne. Les animateurs ne peuvent pas travailler correctement car la direction ne veut aucun bruit dans un hôtel club 4* 🤔🤔?? Merci à Adèle et Kyllian pour leur précieux conseils pour nos petites visites et autres , ce sont deux jeunes personnes très sympathiques et abordables qui travaillent pour Naya Club. Par contre le personnel et le patron de l’hôtel n’ont fait aucun effort de sourire, même pas commerçant pour un hôtel touristique . Oú ont ils fait leur étude d’hôtellerie svp? C’est le plus mauvais hôtel que j’ai rencontré lors de tous les voyages que j’ai fais, vous avez des leçons de sourires et de savoir vivre à prendre, et de cuisine aussi d’ailleurs. Le nombre de plaintes d’autres clients de l’hôtel est impressionnant . Ils ne peuvent pas continuer à se foutre de la gueule des clients alors que l’on a payé une somme rondelette pour nos 12 jours. Beaucoup de clients malades à cause cette nourriture et personne ne se sent concerné dans l’hôtel. Cependant l’hôtel est bien placé pour la plage,la vieille ville. Le complexe est assez beau, grand avec 3 piscines. Les chambres sont rénovées donc correctes. Attention si vous venez en saison estivale vous aurez l’impression d’être à Ibiza night-club car il y a 4 boîtes de nuit à ciel ouvert à environ 100m donc gare aux décibels 🤦♂️ Le Monténégro est en train de se développer mais ça va être plus long que prévu je pense. Il y a un peu partout des déchèteries sauvages à côté de complexes luxueux, Pour notre part nous n’irons plus jamais car très déçu de tout cela. Quel dommage car rien qu’avec les paysages ils ont un potentiel énorme non exploité. Alors chères et chers monténégrins, si vous voulez réussir dans le tourisme et gagner votre vie et bien SOURIEZ😁!

The rooms were clean and tidy. Although ours had a very strange 5 foot wall on the patio area that blocked any view of anything! Our main disappointments was the lack of hot water. We mentioned this to reception staff who advised us to run the shower for 10 minutes before it would get warm. Throughout the week the average ‘warm up’ time was over 30 minutes - yes 30 minutes before you could have a warm shower! We opted for Bed and Breakfast (thankfully). The breakfast was basic - and not usually very warm. The pastrys tasteless. Restaurant staff were VERY petty with rules such as ‘Do not fill water bottles’ from the water machine and you cannot eat on the patio outside (but you can drink). On our last night there was a huge private party by the pool, loud disco until late. Budva old town is lovely - about 20-25 minutes walk. We ate there most nights. Unfortunately our end of the bay is old and tired and dirty. Lots of abondoned buildings, concrete walls, ex-sports facilities. Lots of graffiti and rubbish. The beaches are all pebbly so advise sea - shoes.

Hotel pas a la hauteur d un 4* repas minable et pas varie acceuil pas terrible sourire en option chambre correcte hygiène à revoir à tous les niveaux draps pas changé tous les jours et ménage rapide le tout inclus pas a la hauteur killian et Adel ont sauve cette semaine
