Отель находится на небольшом возвышении . Дорога до пляжа идти вниз под гору минут 15. Рядом есть небольшие кафе и рестораны , в которых покушать дешевле, чем в прибрежной зоне. В отеле всего 19 номеров, при въезде, помимо ключей от номера, выдают ключи от входной двери, так как персонал после 10 не работает. Работники на ресепшн очень доброжелательные , дадут любые советы по пребыванию . Говорят только по английски . Завтраки накрываются на 1 этаже в формате шведского стола . Всегда в наличии яйца, овощи, сыры , колбасы, очень вкусные оливки, пирожки и какая-то местная выпечка . Каждый день домашние торты и пироги . Свежий кофе и соки. В номерах есть все необходимое -чай и чайные принадлежности , шампуни и гели, по приезду была вода - 2 бутылки . По запросу принесли утюг и доску. Есть сейф. Халаты , зубные пасты и щетки - отсутствуют . Уборку со сменой белья делаю раз в 3 дня, ежедневно проводят легкую уборку.

We've just returned from spending a great week in Budva at this lovely hotel. 3 of us travelling, myself, my partner and our 18 year old daughter so rather than 2 rooms we booked a suite, the bedroom for us and a double sofa bed for our daughter. This worked extremely well, lots of space, a sitting room when we wanted it and best of all a double width balconey. The whole hotel is modern with a clean simple design and our room had a small kitchenette with sink, storage and decent fridge. The hotel is in a great position, near to everything that we wanted and an easy walk to the sea front. Breakfast is a good buffet with excellent choice and the staff are welcoming and efficient. Very well kept and great value too!

Charming little boutique hotel nestled on a quiet residential street. Recently built, the hotel is very modern, bright, and clean. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space, air conditioning, and large bathrooms with walk-in showers. Towels and beds are changed every three days. Breakfast is served buffet-style, with daily variations and always a homemade cake or pastries! The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach and the main restaurants, and 15 minutes from the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful; you will be given a key to the front door if you wish to stay later. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay away from the city center. The only thing missing is a bar.

I liked the hotel. The room was big, spacious. There were 3 beds and the pillow was fluffy. 1 bathroom with a shower. And a balcony. There was a fridge and a teapot. Coffee and t bags in the room are complementary. The hotel is medium size. They had a restaurant, and a garden and a pool. We had only breakfast and the food was delicious. I recommend this hotel. 1 - good location. max 15min walk to beach. 2- very friendly and helpful staff 3 - rooms are clean and updated 4- very good breakfast Oh... they have there a lot of cats, so if you eat breakfast outside, they will come and ask you to share :D 100% recomend

New hotel, family business and attended by its owners. It is very close to the historic center and all the restaurants and bars in the city. The bus terminal, which is a few steps away, has fast and permanent transport to Kotor. Very rich breakfast and very comfortable beds.
