DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We booked this hotel with *******. When we arrived it was empty and up for sale. We spoke to a local who said it had been closed for several months. Also worth noting, if you are in the UK, ******* is not a member of ABTA and customer support is handled by an overseas call centre, who are useless.

why is this hotel still on websites selling rooms when it closed over 9 months ago? Surely not legal to advertise and take money for a non existent service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, ITS CLOSED. Booked on ******* who are an absolute waste of space. Paid £340 for 2 nights and drove 360 miles from Yorkshire to get there to find it completely closed up. Informed by a man who lived nearby it had gone into administration 9 months ago yet ******* are still taking bookings for it! They refused to take any responsibility and as it was a bank holiday weekend there was literally no availability anywhere else and we had to make the return journey the same day. BEWARE OF ******* THEY STE CHARLATANS.

We were off-season visitors on a drizzly weekend. This did not stop the people at Kerenza from being thoroughly pleasant and helpful. The hotel interior and our (spacious) room appear to be quite new - it is a nice ambiance. There is a sizable parking lot which is important as parking is tight throughout Bude and a car is the only practical way of getting there.

Beautiful quirky hotel, amazing decor rooms spotless and food excellent and staff so friendly can’t wait to go back again and locations 5 min to the beach and town and you must try there Cocktails they are amazing 🍸🍸🍸 I have recommend to friends xxx

We recently stayed at the Kerenza Hotel in Bude. Friendly hotel, excellent location with parking. The hotel decor is superb. Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Bude is a lovely place to visit. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Really cool hotel, amazing attention to detail with the decor. Really comfy bed and lovely Rituals bathroom products. Staff very friendly. Lovely bar area and reasonable prices. We are in the restaurant and it was very good! Definitely recommend

The Hotel was perfect in every way, well positioned, clean comfortable and superbly decorated.Also the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast every morning which was very good.The cocktail bar was another great feature of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, this was a return visit. Hayley & her staff are so welcoming & friendly. Hotel is light & airy and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and will return. Great options for breakfast, they’ll accommodate most requests. Beds are very comfy too
