Premier Inn Bude

Booked a family room for 3 nights with breakfast The room was cramped but ok. The first night's sleep was disrupted by the smell of ****. We were next to the team members room! The breakfast on the first morning was good. Scrambled egg had to be ordered. Things run out but were quickly replaced. On the second day the breakfast was worse. Everyone seemed to have been booked at the same time. Things run out and took ages to get replaced. The room was not serviced at all during the 3 days The breakfast on day 3 was awful. No pancakes or Nutella. Yet despite asking we didn't get any but the stroppy waitress managed to find some for another table. There was a definite air of couldn't care less from the waiting staff. Our scrambled egg was dumped on the servery and we weren't told. So other people started to eat it When we complained the stroppy waitress refused a refund for that morning and said .",you could see how busy we were". Get more staff cos you know how many guests are coming Disappointed to say the least

Stopped on the way further into Cornwall. Was pleasantly surprised with how nice the breakfast was, plenty of choice and really friendly staff serving it, although they were extremeley busy. Our room was lovely and spacious with luckily a view out the front, I will just say this was noisy at around 1am as we stayed on a saturday but it didn't spoil our stay. Perfect for a short break as location is spot on. Premier Inn defienetly didn't dissapoint on this occasion.

Just as expected - first stop in Cornwall and we went for a premier inn which is always the safest option if you just want a room to sleep in. Staff all super friendly and received a comforting welcome! Beds are amazing I actually just purchased one to now have at home myself as it’s always the best sleep I have!! We will be back next year :) x

Went in for breakfast this morning. Fantastic value for money, great selection and the children could have as much as they wanted which they found great! The staff were so friendly and helpful eventhough it was very busy. We will be back.

I received a very friendly welcome from the receptionist who booked me in very efficiently. My room was spotlessly clean and had everything that you would expect from a Premier Inn. I stayed for 3 nights and found the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, there was a choice of continental or cooked breakfast, buffet style, it was very enjoyable. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable, they went the extra mile for their customers. This Premier Inn is superbly situated for enjoying exploring Bude and all it has to offer. I will definitely stay here again.

We went for a family get together at Bude, usually we go to Torquay but fancied a change.boy did we get it, dirty toilets not much food available although we'd booked a meal deal & only 2 staff to book people in, run the bar,cook & serve the food which was cold by the time we got it.we won't return again.torquay is 1st class but Bude is like a cheap hostel.
