Old good hotel with no return for improvement!
I booked for 3 days, check in in 6th floor , small room , double bed , with garbage in the drawer. Bed lights not working, I tried to reach reception, phone not working. So went down.
Thank you for the changed room, spacious , double bed, AC not functional, lucky we still in good weather, so I kept the windows open. All noises can hear from outside the room, I didn’t have good sleep on first day. Feel but hot at night and lot of outdoor movements. I didn’t complain.
Breakfast, on first day, at 9 am, everything is empty. Like 90% of the food is gone. Waiter just said, guests came all together. On 2nd day, I came to breakfast earlier to see the set up, was a lot better with 2 waitress, and new arrangement of buffet. 3rd day breakfast arrangements was again changed, I get tired for the staff to arrange the tables and buffet set up , 3 changes in 3 days.
The hotel has great potential, they have 2 nice Elevators, internal wood fixtures are with nice wooden made. Lobby is dimmed, staffs are friendly.
Location is not bad, and price is ok. ,

No merece la categoría de 4 estrellas, es mas bien un hostal o un hotel de 1 estrella como máximo. Los desayunos y las cenas son horribles. La suciedad acumulada en la habitación y los muebles viejos y nada cuidados. No limpian la habitación todos los días, dicen que solo lo hacen cada dos días. Horrible, nunca recomendaría este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo.

Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel diyebilirim. Odalar aşırı nemli, küf kokusu rahatsız edici düzeyde, banyolar ve havlular pis ve 30-40 yıldır el değmemiş gibi. Odaya girdiğiniz an sizi karşılayan hava inanılmaz derecede kötü, pencere açmayla geçmiyor. Kahvaltı saat 10 a kadar olmasına rağmen, saat 9 da gittiğimizde kruvasan kalmamış oluyor, ekleyin dediğimde bizim problemimiz değil diyorlar. Bitti diyorlar.. kruvasan dışında yiyebilecek sadece kötü kalitede bir kaşar peyniri var. Domates var ama ezilmiş berbat. Malesef hizmet nedir bilmeyen bir otel.

Weird hotel, I didn't like it! Terrible food. as a first course dirty water with pieces of durum wheat inside is served. Full of hair, especially in the food items, and tax receipts glued to the bread (see photo below). A friend of mine who wanted to wash himself went into the shower, but when he turned it on it was detaching from the ceiling, HOW SCARY! Towels stained with blood and dust on the bed, BLEH! The only advantage is that the rooms are very spacious and the area is located in a good part of the city

Super strange place. Unfriendly service. No cleaning of rooms between the nights. Breakfast is a joke. The rooms are worn out and extreamly untidey. Airconditioning do not work. If you mention something at the reception the answer: did you call last night? Did you try to fix it yourself?

Great location, within walking distance of tram, train and many restaurants. The hotel is being renovated and when entering is quite dark and old looking. The manager was everywhere(a little strange). The front desk staff were not helpful and spoke little english. The room was big with a nice view of the park in the courtyard. It didn't have tea/ coffee facilities. The bathroom was large but we had to put towels down because the water went everywhere when you showered. Not a great breakfast for the price

Very bad air in the room. The Windows couldn’t open, and the air condition did not work.. The interior was very old and dark. The breakfast wasnt very good either. I Won’t recommend this hotel..
