Everything was perfect except for the cleanliness of the room.
When we arrived there were horses in the shower drain and hair on the floor.
The next day, even after putting up the sign to clean the room, the hair in the shower was still present and the vacuum cleaner and mop were not used because there were still hairs on the floor and traces of flip-flops...
The fridge was leaking water and therefore water stagnated inside.

It's good value for money. Breakfast is also good for the price. The room is a bit small, and the refrigerator is broken and the bathroom is leaking a little bit, so it's annoying.
It's okay for sleeping. The air conditioner is cool and the staff is friendly.
