Superb hotel and its staff, very helpful people. These people know hospitality. The rooms are very decent. I stayed in a single bedroom room as I was travelling solo. Worth it. Prices are also on a sensible side. The location is also great. Will highly recommend the hotel.

Not a very big hotel, but equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Daily linen change, impeccable cleaning, perfect welcome at reception and breakfast, buffet, for all tastes (sweet and savory), room also equipped with a play corner for children! Impeccable staff, 24-hour assistance. I don't remember the names of the receptionists, rooms and breakfast, but they were ALL professional, friendly and very welcoming: COMPLIMENTS to everyone, no one excluded!

Good spot to stay, good breakfast, nice , helpful staff. Only issue is the noise from the courtyard, loud voices at all hours affecting my sleep as the bedroom faces the yard. . Courtyard should be closed during the wee hours.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Convenient location for public transportation, helpful staff, but otherwise we were not satisfied. Room cleaning was non-existent, breakfast was poor, no microwave, no tea, no indication of the products offered.

Booked this restaurant back in September for birthday meal, received confirmation for December booking. On arrival was met with two young ladies Reka & Valine who I can only describe as very judgmental, looked at us like you don’t belong at this restaurant. We are middle-aged 50 year old in smart dress code but this looks to be geared for young trendy. Explained we had a booking for 7pm and was told this cannot be as booking were only for 6pm or 8pm and there was nothing booked for us. After walking away to find email we returned to present confirmation to be told OK then. No apology or welcome but passed straight to waitress. Once seated and met our waitress also called Reka, food and service was excellent! The restaurant setting is fantastic. Would recommend but front of house was shocking!!

Pleasant back street hotel about 5 minutes walk from Vorosmarty Utca (M1). Rooms clean and comfortable. Good substantial breakfast.
