Outstanding Gold Standard Hotel.
We stayed five nights in the hotel, and from the time we arrived, we enjoyed the most outstanding professional and welcoming hospitality of the hotel staff. To our suprise, most of the staff communicated well in English and were always welcoming, professional, and friendly. The superior studio provided a spectacular view of the Danube River and the majestic Chain Bridge. The view of the city was absolutely magnificent, especially at night time. Everything in the room was of high standard, and having stayed at many hotels around the world, we could say without hesitation that the soundproofing in the room was Gold Standard. For the first time, we were not disturbed by any external noise from the hotel or from traffic noise from outside the hoìtel. This made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the hotel for making our stay in Budapest spectacular!

The location is very good, close to the Fishman's Bastion and Buda Castle, and the Chain Bridge is downstairs. The view is beautiful, and the room is very clean and elegant. Will come again if I have the chance!

As a so-called five-star hotel, the bed sheets were not even clean. There were other people's hair on the bed sheets. It was hard to imagine how the bed sheets were cleaned. The most disgusting thing was the stench of wet sheets that were not dried in time. And I was assigned a room with a window facing the wall.
