I’d originally written a review about this place on 3/22 after checking out. The manager, Aggy, finally called me back 3/23 and I thought the issue was resolved so I deleted the review. It wasn’t resolved and even after talking to her on 4/3, it still isn’t resolved as of today 4/13. We had reserved an ADA king with sofa bed with roll in shower. Upon checking in, we were given room 101. While using the toilet I noticed the roll in shower didn’t have a folding bench/shower chair. I went to the front desk to ask, the young woman working had no clue what I was talking about. Only thing she could think to offer was a chair from the outdoor pool/patio. I asked for manager, was told one wasnt there. I used IHG app chat to try to resolve and was told to resolve on property since I was still there. We went to eat and stopped in Home Depot to purchase a shower chair. The next morning while showering, noticed the handle/knob to turn on the handheld was completely broken off. Couldn’t be turned unless we had pliers. Went down to front desk again, same situation. No manager, no help. Same issue with IHG chat—resolve on property since we were there. We quickly packed up and left. I also sent messages to IHG through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. On Monday 3/23, manager Aggy called me that the handle was being fixed immediately, there ARE shower chairs but desk worker failed there, talked about issues they had with renovation/construction leaving jobs unfinished, etc. She said she would refund the stay. I told her I had that same room booked in May, so would everything be fixed and all by then. She assured me yes, please keep reservation and come stay again. Days/weeks went by and there was no change to charges on bank account. Bill on IHGapp is confusing to read showing charges and “adjustments”. Called back on 4/3 and had to play “telephone” between front desk and Aggy before being allowed to speak to her. By this I mean I asked to speak to Aggy, front desk asked what it was in reference to, I told them. They clicked over and then clicked back and asked who I was, I told them. They clicked over and then clicked back wanting more info. I asked if she WAS there or not, then was connected. Aggy basically said she didn’t know, she didn’t directly process the refund, she gave it to front desk to do. She’d check back and let me know. Never heard from her again. IHG app bill shows another “adjustment” but bank still only shows charge of room. I have cancelled the May room and will NOT be staying there again and am now posting this review.

Worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Stayed in Accessible King Suite with Sofabed & Roll In Shower. No fold-out bench in shower. Asked front desk about a shower chair, young woman working was confused as to what it even was. Only suggestion was to give us a dirty chair from the pool. Used IHG app chat to try to resolve, they called hotel and no answer so opened they opened a complaint case file. No clock at all in room. Couldn’t close both shades so headlights and floodlights lit up room all night. Went to take shower and couldn’t use handheld part because the handle to turn it on/off was broken off. Went to front desk to complain of that and asked for “manager on duty” and was told she wasn’t there. I said she wasn’t there the previous day either and was told that “must be her day off”. No help whatsoever. Also sent messages through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to receive same excuse of “talk to onsite staff”. Onsite staff does NOT care.

This may change in the future but in April/May of 2023 this hotel is a construction zone! Pool closed, dust everywhere, floor torn up, workers in and out, parking lot a mess,construction lights shining in the window, parking spaces taken up with construction equipment and storage vans, .... I could go on and on! They should have warned us. They should have comped our stay. They should close until the work is done! Stay away!

Did not disclose construction. Dust and dirt everywhere. Needed 2 bedroom and booked it but surprise they didnt have one. No one cared and no refunds. So I guess I wont be sleeping. Dirty, smelly and my curtains are ripped.

Under construction, not even close to being finished. Filthy. Broken door lock. Bedroom door wouldn’t even shut. Shower was filthy. Hot water ran out during first shower of the morning. Smelled musty. Room keys didn’t work. Carpet has stains and snags. Front desk clerk just smiled. No apologies, no attempt to make things right.

Disappointing that the hotel was undergoing renovations but no notice when booking there was no mention of any renovations going on. The hotel was very dusty and musty. The lobby was totally torn up overall the room was OK but then to add insult to injury both times I went down for breakfast during my stay and they were out of coffee. I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inn express hotels and this was probably the worst experience of all of them. Again I get that they need to update their property but they should put that on the website so people know. There’s a candlewood suite next door that likely would have been a much better option.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I think funny the manager wrote about the last bad review. THEY COULD CARE LESS. I have stayed in this hotel many times and every time there is an issue. I recently stayed in Sept. I asked for early check in on my reservation. I got there at 11. They told me I could not check in until 1. (ended up being 2). I spoke with the manager and she said "sorry I have asked the crew to clean other rooms FIRST. OH GEE. I am a Gold IHG member. I asked for some water and they said "Sorry only for Diamond (whatever) members. OMG i sat in their lobby for 2 hours. The girl at the front desk was as rude as she could have been. THEN..........I smoke so I go outside to smoke and put the butts in my pocket then when I got back to the room I put them in the trashcan. I have stayed in 100's of their hotels. NEVER EVER....I think the cleaning crew were still upset. They charged me $200 for smoking in my room. OMG. I did not smoke in my room. They were so rude I could not believe it. I called IHG and they said they stand with the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE A NASTY HOTEL. THEY COULD CARE LESS!!! TRUST ME.

I am a IHG member and love staying at these hotels. But this is one exception. We arrived late at night on June 29th, after checking into our room and finding it unacceptable (smelled really bad) the front desk offered to let us change rooms. The next 2 rooms, the bathroom were filthy!! I was told we would not be charged and we went next door to another hotel. I have been charged $157.07 for nothing and hotel management will not respond. I am now in contact with corporate office. Please be weary of staying here. Follow up - Corporate will not help! Told me to take it up with my Credit Card company. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Let me start by saying that I am an IHG member, so Ii have stayed in many Holiday inns over the years. I don’t enjoy writing a bad review, but I feel compelled. Please be warned, this hotel is in the midst of a Reno and is experiencing some “pains” during this time. When we checked in we were only there for a short period of time. However when we came back to sleep, we noticed the bathroom was filthy. Toilet was not cleaned, the sink had scum in it, and the shampoo, lotion etc., were half used. The lamp on the desk was broken. The carpet was stained and I vacuumed. The front desk staff was very nice, though.
