I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway. One of the highlights was the beautiful lake nearby, which made the whole experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Ich war zusammen mit meinem Mann im Strandhotel Buckow Resort & Spa für eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltagstress. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im Neubau mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Schermützelsee. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und schön angerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig. Auch die Frühstückszeiten waren sehr angenehm. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei dem Wellnessbereich haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur zum Schwimmen, die Sauna und Kneipp-Fußbäder waren auch echt klasse. Aber ein echtes Highlight war die Salzgrotte. Wir sind auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch im Hotel!

Wir hatten ein gelungenes JGA-Wochenende! Toller Spa-& Wellnessbereich und Pool. Die Aussicht ist TOP, schmackhaftes Essen, saubere Zimmer und ein freundliches Team! Wir haben uns aus Berlin und Potsdam versammelt und es hat uns allen gefallen.

Das Hotel liegt am Ortseingang von Buckow direkt am See und einem Strandbad. Schöne Terrassen vor dem Haus, hier konnten wir unser Abendessen einnehmen. Das Zimmer war recht neu renoviert und sauber. Das Hotel wird aktuell erweitert und erhält einen Wellness-Bereich. Die nette Besitzerin hat eine kleine Führung mit uns gemacht - danke dafür!

Leider waren wir beide doch recht enttäuscht Zunächst waren wir die einzigen Gäste, entsprechend war kaum Personal da mit etlichen sprachlichen Missverständnissen. Im Zimmer war keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeit für zumindest einen Koffer vorhanden. Man hat uns dann noch einen Stuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Schild: Bitte Zimmer aufräumen wurde nie registriert und mit der Sauberkeit war das dann entsprechend (Badestelle gegenüber). Das Frühstück war mäßig und für 36 Euro für 2 Personen ziemlich überteuert. Der Frühstücksherr war dagegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bademöglichkeit und die Klimaanlage waren das Beste am ganzen Hotel. Nach dem ersten Versuch eines Abendessens haben wir dann das Angebot nicht mehr angenommen. Weitere Gäste in den beiden nächsten Nächten waren Servicemitarbeiter einer Firma, für die das sicherlich das richtige Hotel war. Wir haben uns jedenfalls nicht willkommen gefühlt - schade. Die Bauarbeiten nebenan haben uns dagegen nicht gestört. Die Zuwegung bzw. Ausgangsmöglichkeit waren zum Teil nur über die Rückseite über den Notausgang nötig, was nicht für jeden gut machbar ist. Fazit: Zuwenig Personal und Sprachprobleme, und auch in den Zimmern könnte mit einer Ablage für Koffer und evtl. einem Vergrößerungsspiegel ein bißchen mehr Komfort einziehen. Es braucht mehr als Wandmalerei, um Freude zu bereiten.

Leckeres Café. Personal sehr freundlich. Der Kuchen war sehr lecker und frisch. Wir haben hier unsere Oma besucht und am Nachmittag Kuchen gegessen. Kann man sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Auch die Toiletten waren sehr modern mit Kabinen die man öffnen und schließen kann durch handsensoren

Overall the pictures I saw on the website encouraged me to book. Unfortunately they did not correctly represent my booked room. Therefore on arrival- late, no one on reception, I had to take the room I was given. Double bed took up most of the space- no room for luggage Bathroom postage stamp size. Bottom Sheet on double bed did not tuck so that in the night I found the sheet had moved and I was sleeping on bare mattress Bath towel had a huge frayed hole in the middle To get to the room, one had to go around the hotel outside and descend steep steps- which meant I could not take my luggage down.I had to take small bags of clothes and everything I needed for the night. Climbing the stairs up to the main hotel building was exhausting for me. I am not under 30 but not 60.So if you are a pensioner, the rooms outside of the hotel might not be a good choice. I would call to confirm your room location. The terrace outside the room has a lovely view, however guests use the space under these outside rooms and especially at night in summer will spent time there talking which is audible from the room if the terrace door is open The room is damp- towels do not dry over night and definitely not in the bathroom. The smell in the room is over perfumed so that opening the terrace door is a must. I was not able to take breakfast because I had to leave for work before 8am. Breakfast starts at 8 am. Sadly I could not find this information at the time of booking. They do not offer any options for guests leaving earlier.
